- Ham
- Cracked Pepper Turkey (New from Hormel Naturals)
- Prosciutto
- Lettuce or Spinach
- Red Pepper (I used leftover grilled red peppers)
- Parm. Cheese
- Italian Dressing
- Flatout Bread
Arrange all ingredients except dressing and lettuce. Place "open" wrap in oven for about 5 minutes or in microwave for about 30-60 seconds if you are in a hurry. Once the ingredients are warmed remove from oven and add lettuce and a drizzle of Italian Dressing.
With the ingredients I used my net carbs were about 8 for the meal - and I could hardly finish that wrap. Very filling.
