Mix 1 package of sugar free vanilla pudding with 1/2 C. Cream, 1 1/4 C. Cold water, a few drops of vanilla extract and a drop or two of almond extract. Beat well and refrigerate. Serve with raspberries or strawberries. This is very rich - a few tablespoons of pudding is all you will probably be able to eat.
Entire recipe has 24g. of carbs, divide by number of servings. I guesstimate that a few tablespoons has about 3g net carb.
